Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Sauces Marinades Barbecue Misc Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- -UHXJ18A 2 tb Worcestershire sauce packed -- ¥ 1/4 ts Natural liquid smoke flavor This sauce is best used on beef or pork ribs that have been rubbed down with a few cloves of garlic and then patted all over with a mixture of brown sugar and paprika, before being placed to grill over glowing charcoals. BBQ sauce should not be basted on until the last 15 - 20 minutes of grilling. Here goes: Heat oil in a medium size saucepan. Add onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper, saute over medium heat, 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Baste on grilled meats on the last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking. Serve with plenty of napkins and ice cold drafts! This sauce also works well with a shredded, brisket roast for great barbecued beef sandwiches.
