                           ALMOND-HAM ROLL-UPS

   8       oz           Cream cheese
   2       tb           Mayonnaise
   1       tb           Minced dry onion
   1       t            Worcestershire sauce
     1/4   ts           Dry mustard
     1/4   ts           Paprika
     1/4   ts           Pepper
     1/4   ts           Hot sauce
   1       tb           Finely chopped toasted -
                        Almonds
  12       oz           Boiled ham -- thinly sliced

     Combine all ingredients except ham, stir until blended.
     Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture on each (blotted) ham slice. Roll
  up jelly-roll fashion, starting at narrow end. Wrap in plastic and freeze
  for up to one month.
     Thaw at room temperature for 45 minutes. Cut each roll into 3/4 inch
  slices.
   Makes 45-50 appetizers.
