                          PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL

   8       oz           Cream cheese -- softened
     1/2   c            Solid pack pumpkin
   2 1/2   oz           Smoked sliced beef -- chopped
   8       oz           Cheddar cheese -- shredded
     1/4   c            Crushed pineapple -- well
                        - drained
   1       tb           Onion -- chopped
                        Celery stalk -- cut short

  Combine cream cheese and pumpkin, mixing until well
  blended. Stir in beef, cheddar cheese, pineapple and
  onion; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Form into a
  large ball. Score sides with a knife to resemble a
  pumpkin. Garnish with celery for the stem. Serve with
  crackers.
