                           KEN'S SWEET POTATOES

   8       md           Sweet potatoes
   1 1/4   c            Packed brown sugar
     1/2   c            Apple juice
     1/2   c            Water
     1/2   c            Raisins
     1/4   c            Butter or margarine

  Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME - OCT/NOV 95 Cook and peel
  potatoes; allow to cool. Slice and place in greased
    2-1/2 qt baking dish. In a small saucepan, combine
  remaining ingredients; bring to a boil; stirring
  frequently. Pour over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered,
  at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
