Psalm 37:3-4:
Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.

The Psalmist says, "Trust in the Lord." Do we really believe Him? Do we really trust Him in every area of our lives? If we are trusting Him, we won't worry. If we are trusting Him, we will pray, believe, and receive the answer by faith.

Pop and I just sold our house. We had to really trust the Lord in this whole situation. We had lived in our present house for 52 years. That's a long time friend!! When people started bidding on the house, we had to trust the Lord that it would sell. It SOLD! The Lord did exactly as He said He would. He's faithful!!! No matter what's going on in your life, He's faithful!!!

We left our refrigerator and stove in the house that we sold. They were brand new! The house we were moving into had some very old (on it's last leg appliances). What did God do for us? He moved upon a couple people to give us a stove and a refrigerator!!!! They are like new!!!!!

You can't out give God!!! He desires to bless us!!! He desires to POUR OUT His blessings upon us. If we are obedient to Him, the blessings will chase us down!!!!

Then Scripture says, "Do good." In Acts 10:38, we read, "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."

Jesus went about "doing good." He couldn't help Himself. When He did "good," the religious people complained against Him. When He healed on the Sabbath, the Pharisees didn't like it. When you "do good," you might find yourself stirring up some devils. Don't let that stop you. Keep "doing good." Jesus didn't allow their accusations to stop Him. He kept going.

If we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will give us the desires of our hearts. How many of you have desires that you wish would be fulfilled? Keep praying. Keep believing God for the fullness of time.

I prayed for two years for some specific things to come to pass in my own life. The devil kept coming to me and telling me it was never going to happen. I resisted him and commanded him to leave. I kept speaking the word, "Lord, You said that You would give me the desires of my heart, if I would delight myself in You. God, You know that I am being obedient to do that. You know my heart and my motives. Lord, I trust You for the fulfillment of these desires that are in my heart. I believe You put those desires within me. They shall come to pass, in Jesus Name." I never quit believing. I prayed every day for God to do it. Did He answer? Yes He did!!! This year, I saw the fulfillment of those desires!!! I give Him the glory!

Don't stop praying and believing God. If those desires in your heart are from Him, He will surely bring them to pass. Don't listen to the lies of the devil, speak the word!
