The countdown to Y2K continues. Some are fearful. Some are excited. Some are in a coma. :-)))))
The Lord has great plans for the body of Christ in the coming years. It's not a time to be fearful, but a time to praise and worship the King.
We may see some problems at midnight of Dec. 31st, but Jesus is still on the throne.
The New Year will bring "NEW" purpose, "NEW" vision, "NEW" horizons, etc. We must continue to go full speed ahead. Time is passing by and we must be about the Father's business.
The year 2000 will be a year of increased technology and computer awareness. We must use the technology that is available to us so that we can reach the world for Jesus. We must not draw back, but press forward. Learn all that you can learn about computers, web page making, etc. Use all that you've learned to be a witness for Christ on the web. You never know who may come across your site and give their life to Jesus.
Be a witness for Christ in chat rooms and use messageboards as an outlet for ministry. Make every opportunity count for the cause of Christ and the spreading of the gospel message of hope.
These are exciting days for the body of Christ. Keep keeping on for Jesus! Don't be ashamed of the gospel of Christ. Speak forth what He puts in your heart. Walk in love, and pray for the brethren.
May your NEW YEAR be filled with His presence and glory!
