Country Cowgirl�s Favorite Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb of butter (softened)
• 1 cup of icing sugar
• 4 cups of flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix all ingredients well with your hands. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place balls 1 � " apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured fork . Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
