Interatrial septal aneurysm with atrial septal defect
27 year old Hispanic male referred for evaluation of a heart murmur.
A large interatrial septal aneurysm is seen with two exit points of Left to Right flow. Echo-contrast study did not reveal any Right to Left shunt.
