Creation vs. Evolution

Evolution is only one of several theories invented to explain the phenomena of created things. It is admitted by all scientists that no one of these theories covers all the ground; and the greatest claim made for Evolution, or Darwinism, is that "it covers more ground than any of the others."
The Word of God claims to cover all the ground; and the only way in which this claim is met, is by a denial of the inspiration of the Scriptures, in order to weaken it (done by "Higher Criticism" which limits all understanding to human assumptions and reasoning, instead of documentary evidence of manuscripts as in "Textual Criticism").
Bottom line: To receive Evolution as fact is to place one’s faith in the "limitlessness of man’s understanding". Needless to say, this is an insult to the Creator, inspired by human pride. By definition this is idolatry to science and to self. Therefore, one cannot believe both in God and in Evolution.
