First mention: Daniel 10:13 (a CHEIF prince, thus "ARCH" messenger/angel)
Message: Daniel 10:21 (strength, defender of the Scripture of truth)
Mission: Daniel 12:1 (to stand up for the elect of God during tribulation)
Personality: Jude 1:9 (answerable to God, not an accuser like Satan)
War Prince: Revelations 12:7 (…and HIS angels, those under him)
Satan's (12:9) place was in heaven (12:8) up until God's Son, the Christ, assumed His throne (12:5). This explains his prior access to God's throne as in Job 2:1-2, etc. This is confirmed in Rev. 12:10 (NOW is come…)
The dragon lost the battle (12:8) just as prophesied. READ: Luke 10:18; Samuel 17:47 and Zephiniah 3:15.
Christ possibly beheld this event (Luke 10:18) apparently through a vision, just as he saw his own death before it happened (Mt. 20:18 etc), His return (Mt. 24:30 etc), and the everlasting victory resulting from His suffering and death (Mt. 19:28, etc).
The Accuser cast down (Luke 10:18)
The victory of the loyal saints who overcame the Accuser (Mt. 24:31; Lk. 18:7)
Rejoicing in Heaven (John 16:22)
Despair for the earth (Mt. 18:7, etc)
Satan's time is limited to wreak havoc (Mt. 24:22, etc)
