GAGE GENEALOGIES

I am posting a genealogy report for William Gage of Freetown, Massachusetts. I started my data file using Clyde Van Tassel's Gage Genealogy, which can be found in most major genealogy libraries. He worked on all the major Gage lines and although it has not been sourced, I find the information to be quite valid. I am in the process of sourcing as much data as I can identify and adding to his information. Please feel free to email additions, corrections or questions about any Gages. I have been studying the surname of Gage for about 17 years and have collected information on all Gage/Gaige lines. I am a descendant of William so have started computerizing this line first.

I have computerized and included about 2/3 of my information on this line, so please check back for a more completed report at a later date. You may also contact me if information has not yet been published on this site, so we may share data. I have been collecting old identified photos for several years and will be adding to the Photo Index on a regular basis. Some research has been done on some of the people or their families to help identify the photos.

I am starting by just posting a few families and will continue as I have the time. The index lists the person, possibly some notes, then the time frame of the photo, the location and then the family code. Use the family code to link to more information on the individuals, if there is some.
