Woodridge is a town of about 25,000 located 23 miles west of downtown Chicago. The town supports office, research and light industrial development along its southern border with Internationale Centre, a 740 acre business park. Argonne National Lab is located nearby. Recreational opportunities include the programs of the Woodridge Park District. Most elementary schoolchildren attend Woodridge District 68 schools. Transportation needs are served by area highways ((Eisenhower Expwy. - I-290, Tri-State (I-294), North/South Tollway (I-355), East-West Tollway (I-88)) and major local roads (Rte. 53, and 75th. St.).
