Drain canned vegetables. Put vegetables into large mixing bowl. Add onions, celery, mayonaise, shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Added crushed Ritz crackers in layer on top.
Melt stick butter and pour over crackers.
Add a layer of american cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown. About 20 to 30 minutes. |
