to do something to help it along. I made the body of the "feather"
with porkipine quills and the bottom of the feather, (the black part), out of 15/0 hex beads. That gives it a little sparkle when in
lighted areas. Then it did not show up good on the black vest, so
i outlined the feather with 11/0 czech beads. They are aqua silver
lined so they also sparkle in lights. It was a good combination!
