Southern Banana Pudding

Serves: 8

2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Banana Cream Flavor
Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping , thawed
30 vanilla wafer cookies
3 bananas , sliced

POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. PLACE 10 of the cookies on bottom of 2-quart serving bowl. Top with 1/3 of the bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers ending with pudding mixture. Cover with remaining whipped topping. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.


Cranberry Pineapple Pie

1 pound fresh cranberries
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 9 inch pie shell, baked
whipped cream

Bring cranberries. pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar. lemon juice, and gelatin to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Cool. Pour into pie shell and chill. Garnish with whipped cream!


Coconut Custard Pie

4 egg yolks
2 egg Whites
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook in baked shell for 55 minutes at 350 degrees


Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
water to moisten

Cut shortening into flour til size of peas add water to moisten roll out on floured surface.
