POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with
wire whisk 2 minutes.
Let
stand 3 minutes. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups
whipped topping.
PLACE 10 of the cookies on bottom of 2-quart serving
bowl. Top with 1/3 of the
bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat
layers ending with
pudding
mixture. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
Cranberry Pineapple Pie
1 pound fresh cranberries
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 9 inch pie shell, baked
whipped cream
Bring cranberries. pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar. lemon juice, and
gelatin to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Cool. Pour into pie shell and chill.
Garnish with whipped cream!
