Dad was captured by the Nazis for a brief period.
But he escaped with the aid of the French Resistance.
He was one of the lucky ones. He came home at the end of the war.

Apart from a couple of attempts using Microsoft Word's HTML
Add-on (Internet Assistant), all Text on my Site was prepared in HTML Writer (not
yet registered, but will be soon!) created by Kris Nosack with FREQUENT use
of the HTML Reference Windows Help File created by and downloaded from the
Web Design Group's WebSite! The Graphics on this Wing were created using Art from CDs from Corel,
Serif, and Publisher's TASK FORCE by New Vision Technologies, Inc, and
prepared in Corel's Draw& PhotoPaint, and GIF Editor (not registered yet, but will
be soon!) created by Alchemy Mindworks, Inc.
(We don't have the source of this article. It was cut out and put
into the family album without it. If anyone recognizes it and knows the source,
please tell me and I'll add it.)
