This is to certify That the undersigned a minister of the presbeterian Church by authority of a License bearing date the 28th day of September A.D. 1875 and issued by the County Clerk of the County of Washington did on the 29th day of September A.D. 1875 at the house of Stephen Betts in the County and State afore said join in lawful wedlock Mrs Anna C. McKinney of the County of Washington and State of Oregon and Charles Cole of the County of Yamhill and State of Oregon with their mutual assent in the presence of Stephen Betts and Charles N. Plouman [PLOWMAN] Witnesses.
