My father, CWOII James Thomas "Jim" Lingg, US Army Retired, is trying to locate the following men who served with him in Company I, 26th Infantry Regiment, First Infantry Division during WWII.

If you know or have any information about any of these men, would you PLEASE E-Mail me with whatever information you are free to disclose. Even if you just tell us that he does not want any contact with his old war buddies, it will be appreciated.

In advance, I thank you. From me, because I am honored that Dad has asked for my assistance with his search, so anything I can tell him will have proved that it was a good idea for him to put this appeal on-line. (And, might even convince him that he and Mom should be on-line!) And from him, for whatever assistance you are able to provide.
