Easy Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients:

1 lb Fettuccini
½ Pint (1 cup) Light Cream
1 stick (½ cup) Butter
1 egg yolk
¾ to 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
garlic and salt to taste

Directions:

Cook fettuccini until al dente, drain. While noodles are draining melt butter in pot. Add light cream, egg yolk and cheese and mix together until thick and creamy. Add noodles, serve immediately.
