This is my favorite recipe for Mac and Cheese
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

16 oz Macaroni (elbow or shells), cooked and drained
4 tablespoons butter
1 Medium onion, diced
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 tablespoons flour
1 tsp salt
5 cups milk
4 cups cheese (I use both velveeta AND cheddar), cut into chunks
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups bread crumbs

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then add onion and Worcestershire Sauce; cook until the onion is tender.
2. Add the flour, and stir until well blended. Slowly add the milk and heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Add the cheese, and stir until that is melted. Remove from heat.
4. Pour the macaroni into a large casserole dish, add the sauce, and mix well. Set aside.
5. Melt the remaining butter and mix with the bread crumbs; spread those over the top of the mac and cheese. 6. Bake at 350 until bread crumbs are slightly browned, about 20 minutes
