- Before - Collier's Meat Market was opened in 1979, but in 1980 its name was changed to Riteway. The owners at the time were Anthony and Edward Collier of St. Alban's.
- After - In May 1990, with new owners Bill and Dan Snook, Riteway's name was changed to Foodland. It is still operated by the recent owners and is a part of a franchise with stores all across Newfoundland.
