Instruction :  
With Spark Nylon,  join to elastic band with sc.  
Rnd 1 : Work 49sc around elastic band.   
            Sl st  to 1st sc to join.  (50sc)  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work (3ch, sc into  
            next st) around.  Sl st to to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn.  
            Weave in loose end.  
Rnd 3 : With 2 strands (light & golden yellow),  
            join to last 3ch-loop with sc.  Work (5ch,  
            sc into same loop, 5ch, sc into next loop)  
            around.  Ch5, sl st to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten & break off yarn..  
Rnd 4 : With light yellow, join to last loop of  
            Rnd 3 with sc.  Work (5ch, sc into next  
            loop) around.  Sl st to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten and break off yarn. .            
            Weave in all loose ends.
