Materials:  
- Chenille (Courtesy of Debi Baker, CLSTX!)  
- 1 Pony tail elastic band  
- Hook G6 (size 4.0mm)  

Instruction :  
With G6 hook, join yarn with sl st to elastic band. 
Rnd 1 : Work 60 hdc (or sc, if you want a smaller  
            scrunchie) around elastic band.  
            Sl st to 1st st to join.  
Rnd 2 : Ch5, work (skip 1 st, dc into next st, 2ch)  
            around.   Sl st to 3rd ch to join.  
Rnd 3 : Sc in 1st sp, work (ch3, sc into next sp)  
            around.  Sl st  to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten and break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
