Instruction :
With red, join to elastic band with sl st.
Rnd 1 : Work 40sc around elastic band.
Sl st to 1st sc to join.
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st, work (6ch, sc into
next st) around. Sl st to 1st sc to join.
Fasten & break off yarn.
Weave in loose ends.
