Instruction :  
Using F5 hook with purple yarn, make loop on 
hook and join with sc to elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 39sc around elastic band. 
            Sl st to 1st sc to join (50sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work (3ch, sc into  
            next st)  around.  Ch1, hdc into 1st sc to 
            join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop, work (5ch, sc into 
            next loop, 5ch, sc into same loop) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  Fasten & break off  
            yarn.  Weave in loose end.  
Rnd 4 : Using 3/0 hook with white yarn, join to last
            loop with sc.  Work (5ch, sc into same 
            loop, 5ch, sc into next loop) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn.  
            Weave in loose end.
