Instruction :  
Using F5 hook,  with 2 strands (pink & light pink)  
thread together, make loop on hook and join with  
sc to elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 39sc around elastic band. 
            Sl st to 1st sc to join (40sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.. Work (4ch, sc into  
            next st) around.  Ch2, dc into 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop.  Work (4ch, sc into  
            next loop, 5ch, sc into same loop) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  Fasten & break off  
            yarn.  Weave in loose end.  
Rnd 4 : Holding the Orion Top "furry" yarn along 
            top edge of ruffle, work as follows : 
            With light pink thread, work (3ch, sc into 
            next sp - making sure the "furry" yarn is 
            "stitched"  together with the ruffles every 
            time a sc is made!) around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten & break off yarn.  
            Weave in all loose ends.
