Instruction :  
Using F5 hook with 2 strands (black & yellow)  
thread together, make loop on hook and join 
with sc to elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 49sc around elastic band,  
            sl st to 1st sc to join (50sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st, ch4.  
            Work (sc into next st, 4ch) around.   
            Ch2, hdc into 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop, ch3.   
            Work(sc into next loop, 5ch, sc into  
            same loop, 3ch) around.  Sl st to 1st  
            sc to join.  Fasten & break off yarn.   
            Weave in loose end.  

Thread 50 beads onto yellow, size 10 thread.   
Slide beads aside until needed.  Using hook 3/0
Rnd 4 : Join yellow yarn to 3ch-loop with sc.  
           *Ch3, into next loop, work(sc, 3ch, sc, 
            2ch, draw 1 bead, yo & pull yarn through,  
            1ch, sc, 3ch, sc), ch3, sc into next loop.   
            Repeat from * around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten & break off yarn.  
            Weave in loose end.
