Instruction :  
With 3 strands (Lilac, pink and light pink),  
join to elastic band with sc.  
Rnd 1 : Work 43 sc around elastic band.   
            Sl st  to 1st sc to join.  (44sc)  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work (5ch, sc  
            into next st) around.  Ch2, dc into 1st  
            sc to join for last loop.  
Rnd 3 : Ch1, work (sc into same loop, ch5,  
            sc into next loop) around. Ch5, sl st  
            to 1st sc to join.  Fasten & break off yarn. 
Rnd 4 : With white, join to last loop with sc.  
           * Ch1, into next loop, work(dc, ch1)5 times,  
            sc into next loop.  Repeat from * around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten and break off  yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
