Instruction :  
Using hook E4 with 2 strands (light & dark pink),
join with sc to  elastic band.
Rnd 1 : Work 59sc around elastic band.   
            Sl st  to 1st sc to join (60sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.   
            Work (4ch, sc into next st) around.   
            Ch2, dc into 1st sc to join.
Rnd 3 : Ch1, work(sc into same loop, 5ch, sc  
            into next loop, 5ch) around.  Ch2, dc 
            into 1st sc to join.
Rnd 4 : Ch1, sc into same loop, work(5ch, sc  
            into next loop) around.  Ch5, sl st to  
            1st sc to join. 
            Fasten and break off yarn.   
            Weave in loose end.  
Rnd 5 : Using hook 2/0 with white, join to last 
            loop with sc.  *Ch1, into next loop,
            work(dc, 1ch) 6 times, sc into next loop. 
            Repeat from * around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten and break off  yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
