Instruction :  
With 3 strands (Lavender, Lilac, Light pink),  
join to elastic band with sc.  
Rnd 1 : Work 39sc around elastic band.   
            Sl st  to 1st sc to join (40sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch6, dc into next st.   
            Work (3ch, dc into next st) around.   
            Ch3, sl st to 3rd ch to join.  
Rnd 3 : Ch1, work (sc into next  loop, 3ch,  
            sc into same loop, 3ch) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn..  
Rnd 4 : With white, join to last loop of Rnd 3  
            with sc.  * Ch1, into next loop,  
            work(dc, 1ch) 5 times, ch1, sc into  
            next loop. Repeat from * around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten and break off  yarn.  
            Weave in all loose ends.
