Instruction :  
With Moss green,  join to elastic band with sc.  
Rnd 1 : Work 49sc around elastic band.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  (50sc)  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work(4ch, sc  
            into next st, 6ch, sc into next st)around.   
            Ch3, dc to 1st st to join for last loop. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop. *Ch1, into next  
            loop, work (dc, 1ch) 3 times.  Sc into  
            next loop.  Repeat from * around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  Fasten & break  
            off yarn.  Weave in loose end.  
Rnd 4 : With white,  join to sp of Rnd 3 with sc.   
            Work (3ch, sc into next sp) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten and break off yarn.  
            Weave in all loose ends.
