Instruction :  
Rnd 1 : With pink, make 60sc around elastic  
            band, sl st to 1st sc to join.  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc in same sc, *work(3ch, sc in  
           next sc).  Repeat from * around. 
           Ch1, hdc into 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch3, 3dc into same loop, *work (sc 
           into next loop, 3ch, 3dc into same loop). 
           Repeat from ** around. 
           Sl st into 1st ch to join. 
           Fasten and break off yarn..  
Rnd 4 : With silver, join with sc to 1st 3ch-loop  
           ch3, sc into same loop.  Work(3ch,  sc 
           into next loop, 3ch, sc into same loop) 
           around.  Ch3, sl st to 1st sc to join.. 
           Fasten & break off yarn.   
           Weave in loose ends.
