Instruction :  
Make loop on hook with size 10 thread &  
join with sc to elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 79sc around elastic band,  
            sl st to 1st sc to join (80sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work (5ch, sc into  
           next st) around.  Ch2, dc into 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop.  *Ch1, into next  
            loop,  work(dc, ch1) 5 times, sc into next  
            loop.  Repeat from * around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
Rnd 4 : Holding the Orion Top "furry" yarn along  
            top edge of ruffle, work as follows :   
            With size 10 thread from rnd3, work(3ch,  
            sc into next sp -  making sure the "furry"  
            yarn is "stitched" together with the ruffles  
            every time a sc is made!) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
