Instruction :  
Rnd 1 : With (B), work 80 sc around elastic band,  
            sl st to 1st sc to join.  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same sc, work(5ch, sc into
            next sc) around. Ch2, dc into 1st ch to 
            join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop, ch5, sc into next  
            loop,  work (5ch, sc into same loop, 5ch,  
            sc into next loop) around.  Ch2, dc into  
            1st sc to join.  Fasten and break off yarn. 
Rnd 4 : With (W), join with sc to last dc in rnd 3. 
           *Ch1, dc into next loop, work(3ch, sl st  
            into 3rd ch from hook, dc into same loop) 
            4 times,  ch1, sc into next loop.   
            Repeat from* around.  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten and break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
