Beaded edge, blue slightly ruffled scrunchie

Materials:  
- Minlon Poly - Blue (size 10 thread)  
- Embroidery thread - silver
- Beads - 60 pcs  
- 1 Pony tail elastic band  
- Tulip Hook 1/0  

Calculation for beads needed  = A x B / C  
A: beads per motif  
B: number of sc in first round.  
C: number of stitch per motif  

Instruction 
Thread sufficient beads into blue thread.  
With blue thread,  
Rnd 1 : Work 80sc into elastic band,  
           sl st to 1st sc to join.  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, work(sc into same st, 5ch, sc into  
            same st) into each st around.  Ch2, dc  
            into 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop. *Into next loop, 
            work (3dc, pull up 3 beads, yo & pull yarn 
            through from behind of beads, 3dc),  sc 
            into next loop,  ch5,  into next loop, 
            work(sc, 5ch, sc), ch5, sc into next loop.  
            Repeat from * around, 
            Ch2,  dc into 1st ch to join.  
Attach silver and work as 2 strands together, work 
Rnd 4 : Ch1, sc into same loop.  ** Work(3ch, sc) 
            into each of the next 3 dc.  Sl st behind  
            cluster of 3 beads from behind.   
            Work (3ch, sc) into each of the next dc  
            and into loop of the following 3 loops.  
            Repeat from ** around.  Sl st to 1st sc to  
            join.  Fasten and break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
