Came to America with his uncle Robert Parker in 1634, ordained at Andover, MA Oct 1645, went to England in 1647, returned Jul 16, 1663 and resided in Newbury, MA. Cotton Mather tells "he was by nature wonderfully composed, patient and pleasant and he was by grace so much more so.
