          3.     ii    Richard Parker born c. 1572, Cholderton, Wilts, England, died c. 1611.

          4.     iii   Anne Parker born c. 1575, Cholderton, Wiltshire, England, married c. 1595, William Noyes.  Anne died May 7, 1657, Cholderton, Wilts, England.

5.    Sarah Parker (1.Robert1) born c. 1583, Cholderton, Wiltshire, England, married (1) John Woodbridge, born c. 1582, Stanton, Wilts, England, occupation Minister, died Dec 9, 1637, Stanton, Wilts, England, married (2) Thomas Bailey.  Sarah died c. 1683.  John: Rector of parish Stanton near Highworth, England. Cotton Mather wrote "He was able and faithful as to obtain a high esteem among those that all knew the invaluable worth of such a minister."

          10.    v    Timothy Woodbridge born c. 1620, Stanton, Wilts, England.

          11.    vi   Benjamin Woodbridge born c. 1622, Stanton, Wilts, England.  Matriculated at Oxford, came to New England in 1639 and was the first graduate of Harvard of the nine receiving degrees in 1642.  Returning to England, he became a minister at Newbury, Berkshire - ejected in 1662.

6.    John Woodbridge (5.Sarah2, 1.Robert1) born 1613, Stanton, England, occupation Minister, married c. 1639, in Newbury, MA, Mercy Dudley, born Sep 27, 1621, England, (daughter of Thomas Dudley and Dorothy Yorke) died Jul 1, 1691, Newbury, MA.  John died Mar 17, 1694/5, Newbury, MA.  Wrote the first tract on currency and banking in America. Came to America with his uncle Robert Parker in 1634, ordained at Andover, MA Oct 1645, went to England in 1647, returned Jul 16, 1663 and resided in Newbury, MA.  Cotton Mather tells "he was by nature wonderfully composed, patient and pleasant and he was by grace so much more so.  He had a great command of his passions and could and would and often did forgive injuries at a rate that could hardly be imitated ". Oxford College - England Mercy: Sister of poet Anne (Dudley) Bradstreet. Came to America in the Winthrop Fleet of 1630.

          17.    vi   Lucy Woodbridge born Mar 13, 1642, married Oct 2, 1667, Simon Bradstreet.

          18.    vii  John Woodbridge born 1644, Andover, MA, occupation Minister, married 1671, Abigail Leete, born c. 1650, Guilford, CT, (daughter of William Leete and Anne Payne) died Apr 9, 1710.  John died Nov 13, 1691, Wethersfield, Conn.  Came to New England from Stanton, Wiltshire, England in 1634.  Graduated from Harvard in 1664, preached at Andover, MA, Windsor and Killingsworth, CT, and then to Wethersfield in 1679.  Died while rector of church there.

          19.    viii  Martha Woodbridge born Jun 15, 1658, England, married Jul 8, 1680, in Roxbury, MA, Samuel Ruggles, born Jun 1, 1658, Roxbury, MA, (son of Samuel Ruggles and Hannah Fowle) occupation Cooper, Innkeeper, died Feb 25, 1715/6, Roxbury, MA.  Martha died 1738, Billerica, MA.  Samuel: Said to have miraculously survived lightening.

          20.    ix   Timothy Woodbridge born 1658, died Apr 30, 1732, Hartford, CT.
