DE, (daughter of John Rogers and Comfort Prettyman) died 1848/50, Gibson Co. IN. Prettyman died Oct 1, 1856, Waynesville, DeWitt Co. IL. He was born in DE, where he grew to manhood, had two children before moving to GA. From there in 1807 he came to IN, settling near where Princeton was later located, where he resided until 1811. He moved to southern part of the county, and two years later went to IL to visit a son, where he died in 1859. Lavinia: Another genealogy says death place is Posey Co., IL

He was a planter in Delaware, at Dagsboro Hundred. Another genealogy has his father as Robert Marvel m. Rachel. Virdin is a more certain record.
