Enhancements to Ministry Scheduler

Listed Below are the changes that have occurred to Ministry Scheduler over the years. Most changes are the result of feedback and requests from our users.

Enhancements from version 4.2.2 to 5.1.0

	The most notable is the user interface. It has been completely over-hauled and more user friendly.
	Ministry Scheduler is no longer dependent on a resolution of 1024x768. It can now be viewed on any size monitor at any resolution.
	Multiple windows can now be open at one time allowing the user to cut and paste data from one window to another making database maintenance less burdensome.
	Quick Times Labels and Reports. Cost effective means of distributing data to Lay Ministers.

Enhancements from version 5.1.0 to 5.2.0

	Multiple user interfaces. The user now has a selection of three additional “skins”, plus six color variations.
	The Login process is now an option. Users can eliminate this process any time after initial login.
	Additional Database Maintenance options;
	Global Reset of Last Date Served to 01/01/2001. Used if database gets out of sync.
	New Problem Report used to search for any potentially invalid records.
	Ministry changes on specific dates moved to a separate larger window.
	Previous run of a schedule can now be routed to print.
	Freeform Text is now an option.
	New – Sign-in Sheet to post for Lay Ministers to sign in.
	New – Short Description Lay Ministry Listing.
	New – Lectionary Defaults option created to save time on regular lectionary maintenance.
	New – HTML formatted documentation available straight from the CD before installation.
	New - Individual Ministry Schedules.
	New - Picture Directory module.
	Export option now available on all reports as an icon option.

Enhancements from version 5.2.* to 6.0.0

	Additional “skins”, plus additional options to change the color hue.
	Lay ministers can now be entered with an additional option of number of times to serve each month.
	Checkpoint now available at schedule creation time.
	Additional report detailing any position not able to be filled.
	Large windows with grids can now be sized, enabling the grid to be enlarged.
	Combined all Crystal Report Viewer windows to one. This eliminates 22 additional forms.
	Additional enhancements to the user interface.
