John William Milam

4. John William (Will) MILAM was born in 1872 in Charleston, Tallahatchie Co., MS. He died in Oct 1948 in South of Bluff City, Neveda Co., AR. According to Uncle Charlie Milam, Will's son, Will was found dead on a dirt road leading from his farm to the Rosston Hiway. Will had been dead for sometime was extremely bloated. It was believed that he had been bitten by a rattle snake while working on a new well in his yard and had died while trying to get to the hiway to seek help. He was living on the farm by himself. His farm was about 8 miles south of Bluff City, AR. Will is buried in the White Church Cemetery just east of Rosston on the hiway to Camden. He was married to Lossie Mae KIRK on 20 Dec 1894 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR.⁽²⁰⁾ He was divorced from Lossie Mae KIRK about 1915 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR.

5. Lossie Mae KIRK⁽²¹⁾ was born on 10 Sep 1874 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. She died on 22 Jun 1933 in Houston, Harris Co., TX. She was 1/4 Cherokee Indian on her mother's side of the family..⁽²²⁾ Children were:	Lossie Mae Kirk

ii. Ivy MILAM was born about 1902 in Unk. She died about 1905 in Unk. I have a Studio Photo of my father, & his sister Ivy made in TX probaly just before Ivy's death.
iii. Irene MILAM^{(23) (23)} was born on 5 Sep 1902 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. She died on 6 Jun 1987 in Houston, Harris Co., TX.
iv. Charlie Edward MILAM⁽²⁴⁾ was born on 27 Jul 1906 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. He died about 1995 in Rogers, Benton Co., AR.	Charlie Edward Milam
v. Hazel Francis MILAM was born about 1908 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. She died about 1995 in Tom Green Co., TX.
vi. Janie Mae MILAM was born about 1913 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. Twin to Ellis Eugene Ray Milam.
vii. Ellis Eugene Ray MILAM was born about 1913 in Prescott, Neveda Co., AR. He died on 31 Jul 1967 in Houston, Harris Co., TX.⁽²⁵⁾ Twin to Janie Mae Milam	Ellis Eugene Ray Milam
