The children of Thomas and Rebecca from "Virginia Genealogist" article by

Thomas Shellin [Chilton] licensed to marry Rebecca Daniel on 3 Sep 1813, in
Jefferson County, TN, is believed to be the son of Thomas Chilton married
Sapphira [Sophia] with will dated 4 Jan 1807 in Jefferson County. This is based
on dates and information in "A Reminiscent History of the Ozark Region"
originally published 1894. His record from the War of 1812, for Bounty Land
application in 1851 name him as Thomas Jr., of Shannon Co., MO. An application
in 1872 for pension states he was married to Rebecca Daniel. This indicates
date of death latter than R.H.O.R.
Thomas [Jr] sold his 1/2 interest in the 180 acres of land, left by Thomas
[Sr] in will of 1807, to his brother James in 1819. Their mother Sophia,
as named in the QCD, was living at the time. The Quit Claim Deed, Jefferson
Co., TN, Book "P", page 208, has "... I Thomas Chilton of the County of Cock
and state of Tennessee".
An INMAN family Bible, believed to be that of John Inman married Anna Chilton,
names Anna Chilton's brothers and sisters, as the children of Thomas CHILTON
married Sithe. Thomas (Jr.) date of birth given as December 15th, 1791. This
Thomas (Jr.) would be one marrying Rebecca Daniel on 3 Sept 1813 in Jefferson
County, TN.
There was a Thomas Chilton married Susannah Inman on 13 Feb 1802, Jefferson
County, TN. This Thomas was in Ray or Rhea County, TN in 1805, and had moved to
Madrid County, MO in 1816 and in Carter County, MO 2 years later.
Wallace Hopper in "The Virginia Genealogist", Vol 20, No 1, page 17 names their
children, 10 of which are named in "R.H.O.R.":
