The Lombardy East Methodist Church is quite a unique church in that it is the only church in the community at present. The church has been a part of the Lombardy East community for a very long time, and because of this there seems to be a real sense of being a "Family". One of the ways that the Church Serves the community directly is by offering a pre-primary school for the children who live in the community.

All who desire at any time to join in the worship and activities of the Church, are warmly welcome to do so.

An invitation to become full members is extended to all persons who acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ in their lives and who desire to serve and follow Him by sharing in the fellowship and the responsibilities of this Church.

The members of the Church seek to support one another in love and, through worship, fellowship and teaching, to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord. They rejoice in the opportunity to serve their Lord in the Church and to be Christian witnesses in the broader community.
