Pilgrim Hall Samplers
Pilgrim Hall in Plymouth, Massachusetts is a museum which features Pilgrim possessions and Native American artifacts.  At their website is a brief description on the background of sampler making in America as well as photos and descriptions of some of their samplers.  Included in the collection is the sampler of Loara Standish.  Loara's sampler is the first American made sampler and has been reproduced by Joanne Harvey of The Examplarery.
