Just so you know, I use the "evil" DIC dub names, only because I'm more
comfortable using them, and more people are familar with Serena than Usagi....

Anyway, this is a crossover of Sailor Moon R (right after Rini leaves for
Crystal Tokyo) and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (for those familar with the
series, this takes after she returns home from the city, but before Faith
comes); Buffy Summers is a 17 year old highschool student living in
Sunnydale, California, but things are not what they seem here...Buffy is
really the chosen Vampire Slayer, destined to fight the scumb of hell
(vampires, demons, you name it) and Sunnydale just happens to be the gates
to hell. Giles is the librarian at the highshool, but he is really Buffy's
watcher; a man assigned by the Watcher's Council (the head people of all
this) to train Buffy, and help her kick some demon ass by doing research
and providing wepons, etc... sound exciting? What are you waiting for? Read
A Vampire Slayer in Tokyo!

A Vampire Slayer in Tokyo

by Neo Venus
Buffy walked into the school library as she had every other day; Giles
probably found some demon or other thing to slay as always, but things
were rather quiet in Sunnydale the past few weeks; very weird for
Sunnydale. For the first time in her life, Ms.Summers was actually
looking forward to a new slaying assignment...she was getting bored with
the good old regular life she once would have enjoyed. She missed the
thrill of kicking demon ass.

Giles was sitting at one of the tables, reading (big surprise).

"So, what's up Giles?" Buffy asked as she walked in.

"Oh, dear me, sorry Buffy", Giles said somewhat startled.

"So, what's the big bad demon this time?"

Giles showed her the book he was reading.

Buffy stared at it blankly, not recognizing a single word, or letter for
that matter. "What is this? Chinese?"

Giles took off his glasses and wiped them. "No, Japanese. You'll need
to master it quickly." Buffy gave him one of those what the hell are
you talking about looks.

"You mean our demon is from outta town?"

"Yes, but it is imperative that we hunt it down before it gets it's
hands on... well I'll explain later, but you better start learning the
language, we'll have to leave before the exhibit arrives in..."

"Where, Tokyo?" she said jokingly.

Giles gave a smile. "Yes."

1 month later

"AHHHH I'M LATE AGAIN!!!!!!" Serena wailed as she ran to the Cherry
Hill Temple. "RAYE IS GONNA HAVE A FIT!!!!" Serena didn't even know why
Luna wanted to hold a Sailor Scout meeting... the threat of the
Negamoon was gone, all was peaceful in Tokyo, so having a meeting at
all was pointless. She ran into the temple, prepared for some of
Raye's bashing.

"I'm.... here" Serena said between breathes.

"It's about time meatball head," Raye grumbled angrily, "We've been
waiting for over an hour!"

"Can it Raye, I... OH MY GOD!!!!! MUFFINS!!!!!!" Serena squealed as she
dived for them.

"Help yourself, I made more than enough!" Lita exclaimed.

"What would I do without you Lita?!" Serena said between mouthfuls.

"Lose ten pounds," Raye said, smirking.

"WHY YOU..."

"You guys ENOUGH!" Luna yelled, "I didn't call a meeting just to have
you guys insult each other!"

"So Luna, why did you call a meeting?" Mina asked.

"Well, you guys all know about that huge archeological dig those
scientists did in Egypt last year, right?" Artemis asked. "Well, some
of the artifacts are on a world tour and now they're right here in
Tokyo. "

"Oh, I know!" Amy exclaimed. "I've been following news of the
excavation... it's amazing; they found items dating back over a million
years! All those paintings, idols, scrolls, and sarcophaguses.... I
can't wait to go to the museum exhibition!"

I can, Serena thought.

"That's what's worrying me," Luna said. "Ever since those artifacts
came here to the city, I've been getting serious bad vibes..."

"Oh, cool it Luna!" Serena yelled, "a bunch of old paintings and statues
aren't gonna hurt anyone!"

"Well, it's not going to hurt you to check them out either!" Luna
persisted.

"How about we all meet at the museum at 7 tonight, and check it out?"
Mina suggested.

"Better make it 8, I predict the meatball head is gonna be an hour late,
as usual, " Raye joked.

"DON'T CALL ME MEATBALL HEAD!!!"

Buffy stared at the map, totally clueless. Although she spoke Japanese
fairly well after one month of totally intense training from Giles, she
obviously couldn't read a word of it. She folded the map up angrily.
I'm never gonna find that damn museum she thought as she walked around
down town Tokyo. Why couldn't Giles do this? Because Giles is doing
research, that's why. I'm the Slayer, I do all the hard shit around
here. Buffy stared up into the cloudy sky, thinking about what to do
next. The cold rain that suddenly fell on her face answered her
question. She unfolded the map and held it above her head- at least
the map was some help.

She raced down the street, trying to get back to the hotel, not looking
where she was going, when she slammed into someone. Her carry bag
opened during the crash and spilled all over the sidewalk. "I'm so
sorry!" she said not even looking up, as she dived to the ground and
stuffed her makeup, stakes, holy water, and other slayer niceties in
her bag.

"It's ok, it was my fault," a cool, soothing, male voice answered as he
held his umbrella over her head. Buffy looked up at the source of the
voice; it was a young guy, about 20, with thick black hair and amazing
blue eyes... eyes that reminded her of Angel's; inviting, open, yet
hiding mysteries not willing to be revealed. Not bad Buffy thought as
she started at him.

"I'm really sorry," she finally said, standing up, "I'm a tourist here,
and I'm kinda lost, and the weather is so crappy..."

"Hey, no prob," he said. "Where are you headed?"

"Well, I'm trying to find the museum, it's called, uhh, oh, damn, you
know the one with the new Egyptian exhibits..."

"Oh, I'm headed there myself. I'm meeting some people there, you wanna
go together?" he asked.

"Thank you so much!" she said, blushing. "Oh, by the way, my name's
Buffy."

"Darien." he said, with a slight smile.

Maybe this trip won't be so bad after all...

"This is so boring, where's the cafeteria anyway?" Serena moaned as she and
the other girls walked through the halls of the museum.

"Serena, quiet!" Mina said. "We didn't come here to eat, we came to
investigate!"

"Well, you guys can all search for the boogy man, I'll search for some
munchies!" Serena squealed as she began ran off.

Lita grabbed her arm. "No way Serena, we're all suffering through this
together! You don't get away that easy!"

"Who said anything about suffering?" Amy asked. "This stuff is great!"

"Whatever..." Serena grumbled. This would be a lot more tolerable if Darien ever made it here.

"Hey, why don't we all split up, we'll cover more ground and we'll get
out of here faster?!" Raye suggested. "I'll go with Mina, Lita can go
with Amy..."

"And I'll go wait by the entrance for Darien!" Serena exclaimed, running
as fast as she could, just escaping Lita's grasp.

As Serena made it to the main desk, she spotted Darien. "Hi Darien!" she
giggled as she ran toward him.

"Is this who you were meeting?" said the young blond American standing
next to him. Serena stopped short. Who is she? Serena thought.

"Hey Serena, I'd like you to meet Buffy, Buffy this is Serena. She's
from the states, and she's visiting Tokyo for a couple of weeks."

"Nice to meet you, " Buffy said holding out her hand.

Serena grabbed hold of Darien's arm. "Come on Muffin, we've got some
research to do..." Serena said in her most snotty tone, dragging him
away from Buffy.

"Serena, what's your problem? Let go!" Darien yelled as they entered
the Egyptian exhibit. "You'd think your jealous or something."

"Gee, how'd you expect me to feel!" she said, tears in her eyes. "You
come late with a pretty, young, American girl next to you! Oh, I'm
supposed to be overcome with joy right!?"

Darien gave her one of those looks. "Look, she's a tourist, she was
lost, I helped her out, is it a crime to be a good person?"

"When she's a pretty American blond, well, yea!"

"I can't believe it you're jealous!"

"Well, you can just go with that stupid Buffy and show her the whole
damn world, I don't care!" Serena said, running off through the
exhibit.

"Serena wait!" Darien ran after her, but the exhibit was so crowded he
couldn't see which way she went.

Buffy stared at Darien running off. She didn't exactly hear what they
were arguing about, but they were fighting like a couple. "No way,
she's way to young to be his girlfriend... maybe it's the culture...
hey, who am I kidding, my ex had a bicentennial."

She opened her bag and pulled out the photocopy Giles had given her. It
was of the coffin, or whatever, that held the amulet that she needed to
get. The damn coffin probably isn't here, and even if it is, I doubt
the guards will let me open it and take it.

Buffy walked into the exhibit anyway.

Serena was way deep into the exhibit. There where vases, idols, and
Egyptian stuff all around her. "Great, I'm lost," she moaned. She
wiped the tears from her eyes. "Ok, maybe I did over exaggerate... But
why the hell did he have to be so nice to that girl, of all people? He couldn't find an ugly tourist to be nice to?"

Serena heard a hissing noise from behind her. "Darien?" She turned
around, but nobody was there. "This is creepy." Serena tried to
retrace her steps, but she couldn't find her way back to the main
entrance. The hissing noise grew louder. "Raye, if this is a joke, it
isn't funny!" Serena clutched her locket... maybe Luna was right...
maybe there is some nasty thing around here...

"SERENA WATCH OUT!"

Serena jerked her head around, as a huge claw like hand swinging towards
her. She jumped out of the way as the large, green scaled hand smashed
into the floor. Serena looked up at the beast. The thing was about 7
feet tall, covered with slimy green scales. It's beady red eyes stared
at her as she lay on the floor.

"Serena get the hell outta here!" the voice said again.

Serena got up and saw who was calling to her. It was Buffy.

The monster turned around and faced Buffy. Serena hid behind one of the
pedestals. "Why is she just standing there?" Serena thought. "She's
gonna get killed!"

The thing lunged towards Buffy, but she kicked it in the face, hard, and
it slammed into one of the display cases. It wasn't phased though, and
was about to punch Buffy but she jumped out of the way and kicked it
again, sending the beast flying, until it crashed into another case.
Serena stared in awe of the strength.

"This is no ordinary tourist, but this ordinary negacreep is gonna get
some taste of Moon power," Serena thought as she raised her locket in
the air.

"MOON CRYSTAL POWER!"

The monster got up and jumped on top of Buffy. She tried to kick him
off, but it was way too heavy. It's jaws moved in closer towards her
head. Buffy started to panic and kicked the thing with all her might,
but it's jaws just kept getting closer...

"Maybe Luna was wrong about this stuff, " Mina said as she and Raye
walked by the sarcophaguses. "I don't see anything weird here at all."

"Well, we should still..." Raye stopped short and stared at one of the
sarcophaguses.

"Raye, what's wrong?"

Raye stared at one of the coffins. It was a little different than the
other ones on display; It had the shape of the face and all, but the
symbols and pictures drawn on them were a little different. She placed
her hand on the glass box that covered it.

"I'm getting a weird vibe from this," Raye finally said. "Maybe this is
what Luna was feeling."

"We should go find Amy and she can scan it with her computer," Mina said.

Raye took her hand off the glass, still creeped out from the feeling she
got. "Yea, lets go."

Buffy closed her eyes as the creature kept moving in. She could feel
the nervous sweat run all over her for the first time in her life.

"HOLD IT NEGASLEZZE!"

The monster relaxed it's guard as it searched for the source of the
sound. With the monster distracted, Buffy finally kicked it off of
her, and found the voice that saved her neck.

She stood on top of one of the higher display cases. She was wearing a
tight fitting sailor suit with red bows and a short blue skirt, and long
knee length boots. "How dare you try to destroy a place of history and
learning, for that I will punish you, I am Sailor Moon!"

Buffy looked at her in awe. Who the hell does she think she is? There's
no way in hell she's gonna beat that monster in that tacky outfit.

The beast lunged towards Sailor Moon but she jumped out of the way,
screaming as she fell on her hands and knees. The monster slammed into
the case, knocking it over, causing a huge crash that was heard
throughout the whole museum.

"Let me handle this," Buffy said, as she started running towards the
monster.

"NO WAY!" Sailor Moon yelled. "I didn't take all that time to
transform, come up with that great speech, and not do anything!" She
started running after her.

But the monster was up and about by then and was heading full force
toward the two girls, ready to slice them into pieces. They both stoo
there panicked, waiting for the other one to do something.

"MERCURY ICE STORM BLAST!" The room was suddenly filled with an icy,
blue fog. Buffy and the monster both looked dazed and confused.

"Sailor Mercury!" Sailor Moon yelled.

"Sorry I took so long, this museum is like a maze!"

Buffy stared at Sailor Mercury. She was dressed just like Sailor Moon,
but with a lot more blue in her outfit. Another one?

"Mars Celestial Fire SURROUND!" A blast of fire shot through the fog,
setting the monster on fire, screaming. "You can all stop panicking,
I'm here!" Mars gloated.

Sailor Moon growled and Mercury giggled.

Buffy stared at Mars. This is getting beyond weird.

The monster, still being burned by the flames, chased after the 4 girls.

"Jupiter Thunder Clap ZAP!"

"Venus love chain ENCIRCLE!"

A bolt of lighting and a beam of yellow energy stopped the monster
short.

"We're here everyone!" Sailor Venus and Sailor Jupiter exclaimed.

"And now I'll finish it off!" Sailor Moon said. She pulled out her
scepter. "Moon Scepter ACTIVATION!" A blast of energy came out of it
and the monster became a pile of dust. Buffy stared in awe at what was
once a demon. They may look like a bunch of wannabe sluts, but they
sure are powerful. She turned around, wanting to get a better look at
the Sailors, but they were all gone.

Deep in swerers of Tokyo, a woman dressed all in black felt a power die
inside her. "Vienna has failed" she said sadly.

The skeletal like figure behind her growled angrily. "Can you be sure?"
he hissed.

"I'm never wrong about these things."

"Well, you were wrong about him succeeding weren't you!"

"Forgive me!" she pleaded.

"You know that the exhibit will be there for only one more week! This
is my only chance of recovering that cursed amulet... After all these
long years, I WON'T BE DENIED AGAIN! Send another creature tomorrow...
and go with it.... I want to see who dare challenges me!"

"Yes my master."

"So, have you ever heard of this Sailor Moon?' Buffy asked Giles the
next morning in the hotel.

"She's supposedly very popular amongst the young children in Japan...
She's some kind of legend I suppose."

"Well, I saw her and her other Sailor friends beat the living crap out
of that demon last night; she's definitely real."

"Well, we have more important things to deal with," Giles said with a
hint of urgency in his voice.

"Did you come across anything important?"

"I found out why the council sent us here after the amulet," Giles said
looking at his notes. "Supposedly, a queen from Egypt, Nephria is her
name I believe, came to visit Tokyo about 1000 years ago, with several
of her servants and children, including her only daughter. She was
very gifted in the magical arts of her native land. Supposedly, a
young Japanese Nobel man raped her daughter and the young woman killed
herself, rather than live with the shame of what had happened to her."

"Yikes.... so mommy got pissed off right?"

"She placed a curse on the young man draining him of life, but leaving
his body and immortal soul chained to earth for eternity. She held his
life energy in an amulet, and was buried along with it."

"And now they dug up the her coffin, the guy knows it's here in Japan in
the museum, and he wants it back, right?"

"With so many years that have passed, his life energy has grown to
emence porportions...if he regains it, he will have unbelievable
power."

"Doesn't sound like the Negaverse," Artemis said as he, Luna and the
other girls sat in the temple, "It wasn't after energy."

"And why would it attack in the museum?" Amy asked. "If it were after
people, there are plenty of more crowded areas in Tokyo."

"And what about that Buffy?" Lita said. "Mabey she knows something
about all this?"

"No doubt she has something to do with this," Serena huffed. "I mean,
she's seriously not normal; you should have seen the way she was
attacking that thing last night."

"And what about that coffin?" Raye said. "I think we should consult the
fire on this one." Raye sat infront of the flames. "Great fire,
lend us your wisdom, tell us who this Buffy is..."

The fire rose a bit, but there was no image in the flames.

"Nothing, not a clue," Raye moaned.

"RAYE!!!!!!" a booming male voice screamed from outside.

"Uh oh," she said under her breath.

Raye's grandfather stormed into the room. "I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO IRON
THE ROBES YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, AND THEY'RE STILL A PILE OF THEM ON THE
FLOOR...UNIRONED!!!!"

"Grandpa, I SAID I'd do them tonight!"

"Well, I WANT THEM DONE NOW YOUNG LADY!!"

"But..."

"No buts, unless you want to be grounded for the next couple of years!"

Raye saw she couldn't win this fight. "FINE, I'll do them NOW!" she
yelled back biterly.

"Ungrateful little...." he mumbled as he walked out.

"Sorry guys, looks like that fire reading is gonna have to wait.

"It's ok Raye," Mina said. "We have other things to look into."

"We do?" Serena said, a bit disappointed.

"Yes, like that sarcophagus at the museum," Amy said. "I need to get
some books at the library for my advanced extra credit physics
assignment, so I'll check it out while I'm there."

"Yea, and we need to dig up some dirt on this Buffy person," Lita said.

"No prob," Serena said, "Darien talked to Buffy for a while last night,
I'll go talk to him about her, and get all the juicy gossip!"

"Just try to do something else besides make out with him the whole time
Serena," Luna moaned.

Buffy sat in the park for a while, thinking of what to do next...more
thinking about the Sailor Scouts she saw last night. Ok, mabey their
outfits were really bad, but they sure can beat the crap out that demon
last night. Her train of thought was suddenly interrupted.

"Hey, Buffy right?" said a familiar voice.

She looked up. It was Serena.

"Oh, hey."

"I, uh...wanted to uh...thank you, yea, thank you for saving my skin
last night." Well, if I can't find Darien, going straight to the source
should be good enough.

"No prob."

Serena nervously sat next to her. "So, watcha doing in Tokyo?"

"Sightseeing."

"Cool...your parents took you?"

"No, a uh, a close friend invited me to come with them."

"Cool."

Buffy looked over at Serena. "Isn't that annoying to wear that?"

"Wear what?"

"Those school uniforms, if I had to wear one of those I'd die!"

"I guess I'm used to it."

Buffy noticed something on Serena's uniform... a brooch.. none of the
other girls she had seen were wearing them... but she could have sworn
she'd seen it before.

"That's a nice brooch."

Serena looked at her, a little shocked. "Oh, uh, thanks."

"Where'd you get it?"

"Oh, uh, a close friend."

"Can I see it?"

Serena was stunned. "No, I, uh, never take it off...."

"It's ok." Buffy stared at it some more, then suddenly remembered
where she saw it before.... Oh my god... Serena's Sailor Moon.

Amy perused the Ancient Egypt section of the library, seeing that
she had already read all the physics books over the summer. "Hmm," she
said thinking aloud, "Queen Nephria, she'd probably be in under famous
royalty or mabey tombs..." As she moved down the aisle, she slammed
into someone.

"Oh, I'm so sorry!" she said. She looked up at the man. He was fairl
tall, about 40, wearing glasses and a refined suit.

"It's alright, no harm done," he said. There was a British accent in
is speaking.

He place some books back on the shelf hastily and walked quickly out of
the library.

Amy looked at the newly placed books. "Yes! ancient queens of Egypt!"
She took the book down and ran over to a table.

Amy skimmed through the book and found a freshly folded piece of pap
placed between to pages. The page before the chapter on Nephria. She
took out the paper and unfolded it. It had some sloppily written
English on it. Amy tried to read it but the writing was so horrible.
She peered around her. Nobody around but a little boy reading a
children's book, probably waiting for his parents to finish looking
around. She pulled out her data computer and translated the writing.

Call Watchers Council, Buffy must find hidden latch; Nephria's amulet!
Whoever that man was, he obvioulsy knew that there was something up
with Nephria's tomb and he obvioulsy knew Buffy. But what in the world
is the Watcher's Council? Better call the others.

Serena's communication watch began to beep & glow. DAMNIT!!!!

"What's that noise?" Buffy asked.

"Oh, uh, my, uh, beeper! Yea, gotta go and answer it!" Serena said
nervously as she got up and ran out of the park.

"Yea your Sailor friends might need you now," she thought as she
watched Serena race away. "I better go to, see what Giles found."

"MASTER!"

"What, Chia?"

"I have had a vision... a GLORIOUS vision!" She ran over to him and
kissed his skeletal hand.

"Get OFF me! What did you see!?"

Chia let go, shocked at her actions. "I saw Nephria's coffin opened,
the amulet freed.... it will be tonight my master, opened for us!"

"But why? & by whom?'

"By one who means to destroy it, but will not get the chance if we get
there tonight! Your life energy, growing after all these years will be
restored at last!"

"After all these years... .that damn Nephria will pay for what's she's
done..... she'll look down and curse the day she cast me like this!
Tonight, the whole world will pay for pain over these thousands of
years! Chia, prepare yourself and I. We're going for a trip."

"I understand master."

"Serena, you're late!" Mina yelled as Serena ran in Amy's room,
exhausted.

"So.... sorry..." she said gasping.

"Well, you didn't miss much," Lita said "Amy's searching the net for
this Watcher's Council."

"A what?"

"Don't worry about it Serena," Amy said as she typed away at the
keyboard, "It's. probably..." Amy stopped short.

"Amy what is it?" Mina asked.

"The web site has passwords.... I can't get in."

"Yes you can!" Lita said. "You can hack it!"

"No way Lita! That's illegal, I won't do it!"

"Come on Amy!" Mina yelled. "You're worried about breaking the law,
when the whole universe could be in danger and blow up, all because you
were worried about a small thing like the law!?"

Amy sighed. "Fine, but It's going to take me awhile."

Buffy walked into the hotel room, surprised to see Giles typing away at
a keyboard. "So when did we enter the 20th century?"

"Buffy, please!" he said.

"Seriously, watcha doing?"

"I'm going to contact the Watcher's Society on the internet. They have
a web page... now you know."

"Uh, Giles, didn't these people think about the fact that ANYONE can
reach this site?"

"It's utterly impossible, unless you know the passwords."

"So what's the plan for tonight?"

Giles took off his glasses and wiped them. "There's a society contact
at the museum. He can let us in after hours so we can retrieve and
destroy the amulet."

"That's it?"

"Yes, and once the amulet is destroyed the man, or perhaps what's left
of him will be destroyed as well."

"Sounds too easy," Buffy said.

"I prefer it that way."

"I'm almost in you guys," Amy said with a hint of guilt in her voice.

Serena was sleeping on Amy's bed, Mina and Lita were playing poker on
the floor.

Mina and Lita ran over to the computer. "Got it!" Amy said. Mina and
Lita ran over to the computer. The screen slowly came into view.

Mina gasped. "Oh my god!"

Serena rolled over. "What is, YAWN, it?"

The others didn't answer her as they stared in awe at the screen. Serena
got off the bed and joined them. She began reading what was on the
screen.

"Oh my god!"

The three girls explored the whole site for the "Watcher's Council" and
learned everything. The watchers, vampire slayers, demons, the
hellmouth, case files, everything forbidden to the general public. "No
wonder they have so many passwords to get into here," Amy said in shock.

"So this means that Buffy is one of those Slayer people," Mina said.

"And that guy you saw at the library Amy, Giles was it? He's her
watcher." Lita said.

"Yea, that's great you guys," Serena said, "But what is she doing here
in Tokyo? Shouldn't she be kicking the crap outta vampires in the
hellmouth?"

"Well, what ever they're after, it has to do with Nephria's sarcophagus,
the one that Raye got those creepy vibes from." Amy said. "Obviously,
there's something in there that could potently be dangerous."

"Well, still, she has no right to be here and take our jobs!" Serena
yelled.

The others stared at her blankly. "What are you talking about?" Lita
said.

"Well, this is our territory. We don't go running to Sunnydale when
evil shows up there, do we? This is our job guys, we're the Sailor
Scouts, we fight evil in Tokyo, are we gonna sit back and let some
stupid Slayer do it for us!?!?" Serena gasped. WHAT AM I SAYING?

"Right on Serena!" Mina said. "Ya know, we should go over to the
museum tonight and open that stupid coffin ourselves!"

"Good idea! We'll show that Slayer whose boss in Tokyo!" Lita cheered.

Serena turned red. "Uh, guys, maybe I..."

Amy stood up. "Yea, we're not going to let some American do our job!
I'll call up Raye & Darien & tell them to meet us at the museum at 9,
ok?"

Serena sighed. Me and my big mouth.

Buffy walked slowly towards the doors of the museum, her bag of Slayer
equipment bouncing along the side of her leg. It was closed this evening,
supposedly for renovations, but she new better. A uniformed guard was
watching her approach.

"It's me," she whispered.

"Password."

"Look, I'm the fucking Slayer, I need the damn amulet, just open the
fucking door!"

"Password."

Buffy rolled her eyes. "Vampires at midnight, HAPPY???"

The guard turned around and unlocked the entrance door. "Sorry Ms.
Summer's, policy you know."

Buffy just sighed, not in the mood to argue, and walked in.

Serena, Luna, Artemis, Darien and the girls stood at the other end of
the building seeing that the museum was closed.

"You, guys," Serena said, "maybe we should let Buffy do this by
herself..."

Raye growled, "Serena, you didn't drag me out here in the middle of the
night just to say you're too damn lazy and wanna go home!!!"

"But the museum is CLOSED and they're not gonna let us in!"

"There is probably a guard at the front," Luna said. "Use the Luna Pen
& disguise yourself!"

Serena moaned. "Gee, thanks for the great idea Luna," she said
sarcastically

"Disguise POWER! Turn me into a... professional looking scientist!"

Serena's old clothes were gone, replaced by a short blue dress and a
lab coat with shiny new high heels. Her hair was much shorter, almost
like Amy's and a pair of glasses was hanging out of the coat pocket.

"Wow, I look SO COOL!"

"Serena, if you run into any trouble, just call us on the communicator,
and we'll be there right away," Mina said.

"Nah, this will be a breeze!" Serena said as she walked towards the
front of the building.

The guard eyed Serena suspiciously as she walked towards the entrance.

"Sorry miss, museum employees only."

"Excuse me, I do work here!" Serena said in her best British accent.
"My name is... Jenny Chase, and how dare you question whether I work
here or not! I've been putting my blood, sweat and tears into this
profession and without me, there would be Egyptian exhibit, so OUT OF
THE WAY!!!!!!!!!"

The guard turned red and let her in. That was easy. She looked around.
A lot of the lights were off in the museum and it was hard to see where
anything was. Serena tried to make her way to the Egyptian exhibit,
but in the dark, it was impossible to do much of anything. But then
she heard a sound. To the far left. Then some heavy breathing.
Serena followed the sound.

A woman dressed in a black robe approached the museum entrance pushing
a long stretcher in front of her. The guard at the gate could smell
the sewage on her as she approached near.

"Sorry miss, museum employees only."
She abonded the stretcher and crept up closer to the guard. The rotten
smell grew worse.

"Oh really! Guess we'll make an exception, won't we!" Before he could
do anything, she grabbed the guard by the neck.

Raye started shaking.

"You alright Raye?" Darien asked.

She grew pale. "Something's here, something...."

Before she could finish a man's scream was heard towards the entrance.
All of them ran towards the sound, there hearts beating wildly.

When they reached the entrance, they saw a guard lying on the ground.
They kept running towards him till they could see the pool of blood and
stopped short. Darien carefully approached him, kneeled down and
examined the man.

Amy's eyes filled up with tears. "Is he... is he..."

"Dead," Darien said nervously.

They all gasped. "Oh my god!" Lita said in shock. "How?!"

Darien slowly got up. "There's bite marks on his neck. Something
drained his blood."

"Like a vampire?" Luna asked.

Amy nervously looked towards the entrance. "You guys, someone broke
into the museum!"

The glass entrance doors were shattered. "Serena's still in there, &
the vampire is probably in there too!" Mina cried.
