SOCIAL STRUCTURE OF ODUS
The society of Odus is a hierarchy with three primary levels of citizenship, each level having certain rights over the previous.

Level I: Tenants are members of the High Keepers of Odus who have not attained any degree of citizenship beyond said membership.

Level II: Citizens are High Keepers of Odus with full rights to vote in elections, to appeal a trial before the Senate, and to be granted diplomatic deference. In order to obtain citizenship, one must meet the Requirements of Intellect and conduct a personal interview with an officer.

Level III: Patrician the highest level of citizenship within the High Keepers of Odus. Patricians have all the rights of citizens, and may also run for civil office.
