Who are They

Vitória is from Setúbal, a Town 60 Km from Lisbon. Their golden era was the 60's and 70´s when they won the Portuguese Cup twice and were runners-up in the League (1971/72).

Stadium

Vitoria play at the Bonfim Stadium, a 20.000 stadium situated near Setúbal city center. Although opened in 1962, the stadium is completely out-of-date and is not used for Vitória European games.

The club plans to build a new stadium in the outskirts of Setúbal. The new stadium will hold 15.000 spectators and it’s hoped that will be opened in 2010 in time to celebrate the club centenary.
