The following technique is recommended for solving educational, psychological, and computer-related issues.

• If possible, wait until the client is calm
• Being a good listener
• Offering suggestions
• Listening to ideas from the client
• Having the client solve his own problems

Clearly, the basis for solving problems is communication. In most cases, proper communication could have avoided the problem itself.
