Some things can't be fixed

This page is still under construction.

Ezekiel 36 explains that G-d will bring back the Jews who have done evil and suffered in the Diaspora. He will purify them and give them a new heart and spirit.

Of course, G-d will decide who, when, why, and under which circumstances this will take place.

Many people jump up and down and say, "Me, me, me! Fix me, purify me, handle all my problems."

It doesn't work that way.

Furthermore, it would be bad enough if people came, or were sent to Israel, for the sole purpose of getting fixed. However, this problem has greater ramifications.

Israel is often made to look bad after it failed to meet those unwarranted and wrong expectations. Since the person who was sent to Israel will continue to suffer from his problems, people will criticize or blame Israel for not being able to live up to its reputation.

Those who expected Israel to fix them up will leave with a bad feeling for the country. Their loved ones will feel the same way.

Send people to Israel to fix them up? That's a lose-lose situation.

You've been warned.

Where do you want to go now?
