You don't know what's going on. Neither do I.
You may read the newspapers to find out what everybody is being told.
Does that mean that you will be knowledgeable? Perhaps. You will have the same "knowledge" as everybody else, but you will not know any more of the truth than you did before.
That's right - there is a big difference between "knowledge" and "truth." You are being fed a great deal of knowledge, but much less truth. That distinction is another result of our living in , the World of Falsehood.
Not necessarily. In most cases, it doesn't really make much difference if you have the wrong information. It probably would not change or improve your life in any way.
Should you be disturbed that you are receiving incorrect information from the media?
Perhaps. If you need things to be disturbed about, then here's a fine candidate.
On the other hand, before reading this page you may not have realized that you were being cheated. You were probably able to live well without that information.
Don't be concerned now that you know more about World of Falsehoods. Forget about it. Ignore it.
However, the next time that you pick up your newspaper, keep in mind that you are not reading it in order to find out the truth. The newspaper will only provide you with the misinformation that everybody else reads. Besides, you can't do anything about it.
Keep that in mind as well and then forget it.
