Would you like to get involved in Israel? Aliyah is certainly not the only way that you can show your support. There are many other options as well.
Did you notice a common thread running through all of these examples of involvement? They are all positive issues. They do not recommend badmouthing the problems in Israel. They don't involve sending out e-mails about how bad it is in Israel. They don't involve writing petitions about foreign policies.
Yes, of course, some people will raise the tired, weak excuse that they badmouth Israel in order to raise public awareness of problems.
The Biblical spies probably had the same excuse in mind.
You will learn from their mistake, won't you?
